Matcha Panna Cotta

Time: 15 min + cooling
Level: easy

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of 30% cream
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of matcha
  • 2.5 teaspoons of gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons of cold water

Preparation:

  1. Pour cold water over the gelatin and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the cream, milk, sugar and matcha (sifted) in a saucepan.
  3. Stir with a whisk until the matcha dissolves (do not boil!).
  4. Add the swollen gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and let cool.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
