Matcha Panna Cotta
Time: 15 min + cooling
Level: easy
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of 30% cream
- 50 ml of milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of matcha
- 2.5 teaspoons of gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
Preparation:
- Pour cold water over the gelatin and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat the cream, milk, sugar and matcha (sifted) in a saucepan.
- Stir with a whisk until the matcha dissolves (do not boil!).
- Add the swollen gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and let cool.
- Chill for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
